AGRO CS educational program

The Little Gardener is a project that primarily appeals to older preschool children, but at the discretion and habits of individual kindergartens, topics suitable for younger preschoolers can also be selected.

 

The aim of the project is to arouse children's interest in nature, in the processes and laws that take place in nature, to build in children responsibility, independence and a sense of fulfillment and success from the effort expended. The aim of the program is, among other things, to create gardens full of stimuli, where they create, explore and discover. In the project, the school garden should, in addition to growing, caring for the garden, creating or playing, become a place where a relationship with nature, natural materials and human work develops. A place where children become aware of what nature can bring us and what kind of cycle of life we create together.

 

The educational project began to develop in 2010. The pilot kindergarten, where children worked with the Little Gardener, was the Havlíčkova kindergarten in Náchod Plhov. Thanks to excellent cooperation, valuable experience, information, recommendations, but above all enthusiasm, the project began to develop further, THANK YOU.

 

At the same time, we would like to thank the other kindergartens that form a network throughout the Czech Republic, are interested in these topics, have the desire, enthusiasm, and are able to incorporate them into their teaching programs.

 

We are proud that since 2021 this project has carried the idea of healthy gardening and we are walking together on the path of natural cultivation thanks to the organic Agro NATURA line, which aims to preserve the natural wealth of our country. We are happy that we are bringing the idea of healthy gardening to nurseries, that the garden is not only a place to relax and play, but also a place where life is created and nature works its magic. So let's give it back to her at least by growing without chemicals. :)

 

Let's show children together that we can be part of something big, like nature itself.
